Erie County’s Three-Year Plan, which is mandated by the Home Rule Charter, involves all aspects of county government and outlines the long-range plan set forth by the County Executive for the next three years.
Each part of county government plays a role in bringing together this plan, and each department includes its mission statement, constituents that are served, department responsibilities and services offered, trends in use of service, number of employees, the goals of the department for the next three years, and capital projects involved with each department.
