LEPC-Harborcreek fire department got grant. 1of 4 to receive. This is to purchase voice pagers to compliment Erie County's change over to a new and improved infrastructure in the UHF band, which allows interoperability for all agencies.

Legislative-911 state committee meeting was held. The consensus is to move forward. They are looking at raising the income tax.
---Workers Comp was discussed. State determined that unless you are suppression in the fire department you are not covered. Rep. Mole is looking into getting an attorney to have it cover everything.
---no resolution on the gaming funds.
---no report on Title 35· Letter is still waiting to be sent.
---A lot of new restrictions have decreased the number of volunteers. Need to get a hold of representatives to let them know about the lack of interest.
Tower Sites-They are going good right now.
Class-Administration of Non- Profits is going to be starting at Kearsarge Fire Department.
LEPC-Training classes coming up.
Pipeline class in October
Ohio Hazardous material Nov. 3-4 (see attached flier)
Propane 10 September 23-24 (see attached flier)
Cert.-Just had exercise at training grounds. Disaster preparedness training.
9/11 event will be held at the Blasco Library at 8:3oam.
