The Human Resource forms formerly located on the county website may now be found on the Erie County Intranet, MyEC under the Human Resources tab.
These forms include: insurance benefit changes, workers compensation reporting, retirement planning, etc.
To access the MyEC site, you must be on a County workstation on the secure County network.
If you require a form and are unable to access the secure intranet site, MyEC, you have several avenues to obtain HR forms:
- Contact one of the following Erie County HR staff:
- Visit the HR office, located on the 5th floor of the County Courthouse-Room 501, and use their convenient public kiosk to access MyEC during regular business hours.
