Absentee Ballots

Any voter, who is unable to go to the polls because they will be out of the county, or due to illness, physical disability may vote by absentee ballot. Applications for absentee ballots may be made fifty (50) days prior to the election, but no later than seven (7) days before an election. Check the Election Calendar link on the previous page for current deadlines.

If you wish to automatically receive an absentee application before each election request placement on our Permanent Absentee List. Utilize the form below which requires your physician’s signature. To protect your privacy you may advise your Physician to use general terms as to your underlying medical condition. Note that placement on the list insures only that an application will be sent to your current address. It will still be necessary to return the application by mail or in person to receive a ballot.
